Madison Avenue UK – Bassist (May 2016 - Dec 2019)
8/11-piece Midlands-based Soul, Motown & Disco band. This band is still current and available for bookings.
One of the excellent trio of singers Lucy Sian is a singer/songwriter & performer of popular favourites & original songs; available to book for clubs, events & entertainment.

The FridayNite Project - Bassist (2015-2017)
4-piece, Rock, Pop and Soul. This was my first regular gigging band and everyone was very helpful in geting me up to speed! The band is sadly no longer performing, but the lead singer April Davies is available as a Solo Singer for all occasions.

The Cover Factory - Bassist (2014-2015)
4-piece Rock Covers Band - my first Band, which I joined just after starting to learn the Bass, no longer in existence, but most of the other band members are also in current bands.

Discovering the Bass "by accident" (2013)
Having played Guitars on and off for most of my life and more recently Drums, I “accidentally” took up Bass in 2013! I signed up for a Music Weekend, managed by one of my children’s school music teachers, Mark Rolfe. The idea was to “form” two bands over the weekend, learn a few songs and perform in front of family and friends. My intention was to use that experience as a spring board for joining a Band on drums  and try and do a few gigs, but as they were short of a Bassist, I was asked to have a go, so I ended up playing Drums on one Song and Bass on the others – and was immediately and completely hooked on the Bass.

Fortunately, my then drum teacher Chris Pidgeon in Nottingham also teaches Bass (& Guitar), so my Lessons were switched immediately and I joined a Cover Band of largely other beginners within months.
The rest is history, as they say!!!
