I have nearly 5 years’ experience as a Non-Executive Director in a Charity,
including involvement in the selection process for new Directors and changes in Governance processes and Strategy.
I am happy to support the Management Team but able to challenge in a constructive questioning manner - I am an excellent sounding board for ideas, especially relating to Business Strategy, Mergers/Acquisitions/Integrations, SME Owner Exit Strategy and other general business processes.
I have managed companies and various business units, and bring broad Senior experience in SMEs, and Global/Corporate.
I have a Cambridge Law Degree, a Management Accounting Diploma (CDipAF), a road transport Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC), a significant amount of HSE/Compliance training and I have also attended a First Flight NED Workshop
I am available as an ad hoc or regular DEPUTY BASSIST for Bands, Festivals, Functions, Theatre Shows (and as a Business Consultant, Mentor, NED to improve the business, eg logistics, integrations, systems implementation, processes, strategy).
